Do you offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom or stock gloves?

There are no refunds on custom or stock gloves. However, all gloves carry a 12-month warranty against defects and are handled on a case-by-case basis. If the glove is determined defective, we will repair or replace it with a new one. We want you to love your Legacy Glove!

Hats, shirts, hoodies, and other accessories carry a 30-day return/refund policy for defects, and longer if returned unused in the original packaging. We want you to love your Legacy Glove gear!

What is the warranty for batting gloves and fielding gloves?

Batting gloves carry a 30-day size exchange; fielding gloves carry a 12-month warranty.

What is the estimated build time for a custom glove?

Custom gloves take 6 to 8 weeks to be completed. Please note orders placed during a promotion or holidays may experience a slightly longer wait time.

Can I make changes to my glove after it’s ordered?

No. To deliver gloves in a timely manner, we are unable to hold orders for changes.

How do I know when my glove has shipped?

Once your order has been completed and shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Can I use glove care products like Glovolium, Mink Oil, or Hot Glove?

Using these products could damage the dye color of your products. Use them at your own risk.
